US Customers - DDP (Duty Delivery Paid)
All orders shipped to our customers in the U.S. are DDP (duty delivery paid). Prices shown at the checkout include all the relevant duty and import taxes.
Rest of World ( Non-US Customers) - DDU (Duty Delivery Unpaid)
Orders to customers outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (duty delivery unpaid) basis. For DDU orders, you as the recipient of the order are responsible for any duties and taxes, and must pay them directly to a carrier to release your order from Customs. We are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties and recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing a DDU order.

Is the cost of duties and import taxes included in the price?
All orders shipped to customers within the United States are delivered on a Duty Delivered Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the total cost displayed at checkout includes all applicable duties and import taxes.
Sales tax will also be computed and added at the checkout if it applies to your order.

Are import duties refundable?
Please note that import duties paid on your behalf to US Customs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. This policy applies to all orders shipped from Europe.
How can I return my order?
We accept returns request within 7 days of the delivery date.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for qualifying items. Ensure you send your return within 5 days of receiving the return label. Returns dispatched beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order after this 24-hour period, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Is it possible to waive the signature requirement for delivery?
Yes, you have the option to waive the "signature required" delivery at checkout. However, by doing so, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the package being left unattended at your shipping address. This includes the risk of loss, theft, damage, or any other incident that may occur after the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
By selecting this option, you explicitly release and indemnify Modecraze from any responsibility or liability related to the package after delivery. In the event the shipment is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised once delivered without a signature, ModeCraze will not be held responsible, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
Please note: For security reasons, the signature requirement may still be enforced for certain high-value or flagged orders.
