Currently, we ship only to customers in the U.S. However, we will begin accepting international orders in the near future.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 to our customers in the U.S.

Most orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive one or more email(s) containing your tracking number(s) once your order(s) are shipped.

We do not offer express or next day delivery options.

Our main shipping partner is Fedex. We also ship via USPS and DHL.

Shipping times vary by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays for reasons out of our control (incorrect shipping address provided, errors made by the shipping carrier, natural disasters or any other extraordinary circumstances).

You can also pay with PayPal. When you check out using Paypal, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to Modecraze.

You will receive one or more email(s) containing your tracking number(s) once your order(s) are shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 7 business day, please contact us at customercare@modecraze.com

All orders shipped to our customers in the U.S. are DDP (duty delivery paid). Prices shown at the checkout include all the relevant duty and import taxes.

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

At Modecraze, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as satisfying as possible. If, for any reason, you're not entirely pleased with your order, you have the option to return it within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please carefully review our Returns Policy for more information.

Items must be returned to us unused with all Modecraze tags, designer labels and protective plastic (if applicable) still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Items marked as 'Final Sale' can not be returned or exchanged.

For all other items, please refer to our usual Returns Policy.

Please note, once your order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes to your order. Depending on the statuts of your order, it may be possible to cancel your order.

Please email us at customercare@modecraze.com and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

Shipping address provided during checkout cannot be changed after your order is confirmed.

Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

At Modecraze, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

All order cancellations will incur a flat fee of $25. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation, but after this window, cancellation may not be possible.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. For more information, refer to our full Cancellation Policy or reach out to our customer support team for assistance at customercare@modecraze.com.

All products listed on our website are brand new products. Our inventory comes directly from trusted luxury boutiques in Europe known for their impeccable reputation in selling authentic, new designer items. We do not sell used or worn merchandise.
