Is the cost of duties and import taxes included in the price?
All orders shipped to customers within the United States are delivered on a Duty Delivered Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the total cost displayed at checkout includes all applicable duties and import taxes.
Sales tax will also be computed and added at the checkout if it applies to your order.

We will promptly address any such issues, as occasionally these charges are not communicated to us by the shipping companies.
Are import duties refundable?
Please note that import duties paid on your behalf to US Customs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. This policy applies to all orders shipped from Europe.
How can I return my order?

Is it possible to waive the signature requirement for delivery?
