SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:

Currently, we ship only to customers in the USA. However, we will begin accepting international orders in the near future.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 to our customers in the U.S.

Shipping options:

We ship via FedEx, USPS and DHL Express. Our main shipping partner is Fedex.

We do not offer express or next day delivery.

You will receive one or more email(s) containing your tracking number(s) once your order(s) are shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 7 business day, please contact us at customercare@modecraze.com

Shipping times vary by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays for reasons out of our control (incorrect shipping address provided, unfavorable weather conditions, errors made by the shipping carrier, natural disasters or any other extraordinary circumstances).

After your order is delivered to the address specified on the order, we disclaim any responsibility for the loss or damage to your packages(s). Please contact a delivery courier to start an investigation and have your tracking information available.

If your order is shipped with the "signature required" requirement and you authorize shipping carriers to leave the package(s) at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release, you indemnify us from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package(s) at your shipping address without obtaining a signature.

Duties and Taxes:

All orders shipped to our customers in the U.S. are DDP (duty delivery paid). Prices shown at the checkout include all the relevant duty and import taxes.

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (duty delivery unpaid) basis. For DDU orders, you as the recipient of the order are responsible for any duties and taxes, and must pay them directly to a carrier to release your order from Customs. We are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties and recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing a DDU order.
