Package Your Item
All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with:
• All original tags and designer labels attached
• Authenticity cards and care documentation
• Original designer packaging (boxes, dust bags)
• Protective plastic (if applicable)
We cannot accept used, worn, or damaged products.

Ship Within 5 Days
Once you receive your return label, you must ship the item within 5 days. Returns dispatched after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any non-refundable duties. Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution processing times.

Restocking Fees
Our products ship directly from Italian boutiques. When you return an item, Italian customs treats it as a new import and applies VAT. To cover these unavoidable costs, we charge a flat restocking fee:
• $30 for orders under $1,000
• $50 for orders over $1,000
This fee covers return shipping and Italian customs duties.

Duties & Taxes
IMPORTANT: Any import duties paid by Modecraze on your behalf are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from your refund.

Not as Described Products
If you believe that the item you received is not as described, damaged, or defective, we encourage you to contact us immediately. In order for us to assess the situation and provide the best possible solution, we kindly request that you provide us with evidence of the condition of the product you received. This may include photographs or videos that clearly show the issue that you have identified.
We kindly request that you contact us no later than within 3 days from a delivery date if you believe that the item you received is not as described, damaged, or defective.

Wear & Damage Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Modecraze is not responsible for issues that arise after the product has been worn, used, or damaged by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
Claims involving defects or items not as described must be reported within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy for "Not as described products" and must include clear evidence that the issue existed at the time of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues reported after this period or for damages that occur after the product has been worn or used.
Modecraze is not responsible for issues that arise after the product has been worn, used, or damaged by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damage caused by improper handling or storage
- Product damage caused after delivery
- Signs of wear or use
- Alterations or modifications
- Issues resulting from failure to follow manufacturer care instructions

Exchanges
At the moment we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item(items) you have purchased, please return your original item(s) and place a new order.

Modecraze reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in new condition.
If we suspect that a customer is committing fraud or abusing our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse a return.

- All returned items must be returned in new and original product condition, with all tags, designer labels, designer documentation (authenticity cards, care cards, etc.), designer packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc.), and protective plastic (if applicable) still attached. We do not accept returns for used, worn, or damaged products
- Handbags, footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags (if applicable) in new and original product condition
- Returned items must have a MODECRAZE or a partner boutique security tag attached in its original position (if applicable)
- All footwear must be tried on a carpet or any other soft surface to avoid any damage (marks, scratches, etc.)
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn
Please make sure that all returned items are returned in new and original product condition. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our Returns Policy outlined above.
